BASIC SERVICE PACKAGE - $375

  • Review all documents for completeness

  • Link all parties together within the transaction to include introductions, contact information, a list of deadlines & document copies, where applicable

  • Track deadlines

  • Update MLS Status

  • Provide updates throughout transaction

  • Create & send amendments per agent’s instructions

  • Check in with lender for updates

  • Order HOA package, surveys, etc.

  • Track deadlines

  • Upload compliance documents on behalf of agents

  • Coordinate DA production

  • Coordinate final walk through & closing appointments

  • Change MLS status to Sold

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • Prepare Listing or Buyer Representation Packages - $50

  • Prepare MLS Draft - $50

  • Coordinate DA with broker/compliance separate from covering a transaction under our service package - $50

  • Assist with obtaining signatures on prepared agreements/offers - $25

THINGS WE CANNOT DO

  • Fix major issues (appraisal issues, lack of financing approval, difficult clients)

  • Negotiate repairs, bill of sale or any specific contract items.

  • Deliver or pick up items on your behalf
